Review:
The title of this piece comes from the show. After a long-winded introduction to the title track, Bob says "...it's called Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues". At that, a girl in the audience starts screaming hysterically. Bob laughs, and jokingly remarks "Ya.. you know Tom Thumb?" There is a vast spread of sound quality here. The direct from tape soundboard recording of the acoustic tracks is near perfection, while the electric set suffers somewhat. It's recorded from vinyl, but the noise is minimal. The audience recordings from Pennsylvania are hard to listen to. There is another release with a similar title that includes Melbourne tracks that has been sometimes confused with this release.
