Review:
This is the same recording as Gaslight Tapes 1962 from the Rattlesnake Label. Track 8 is listed as Motherless Child instead of Motherless Children. The packaging is beautiful. The incredible period archival photos are presented in a sepia tone to give them an antique look. The disc is Wild Wolf's 24 KT gold series, with the MFSL type logo. The Gaslight  tape is a 'must have' to any serious collection. It has been available as a quasi-legitimate European LP for many years, in several different packages. In 2001 Rattlesnake released the complete 2nd and 3rd Gaslight tape. The tracks had been EQ'd to create a wonderfully quiet and crisp sounding version. That same release is duplicated here.
