The cover and paper CD labels feature a powerful (or disturbing... depending on your point of view) overhead view of the crucifiction from a painting by Dali. The bonus tracks are taken from a show in Denver on the 22nd of January, and are taken from a 'soundboard source' (according to legend, a visiting sound engineer just happened upon the concert by chance, and managed to somehow connect his equipment to the soundboard). Unfortunately, the recording features only a section of the middle of the show; and two of the available songs on the tape Slow Train and Saving Grace are so badly edited, that they have been left off the release.
