This 1970 English release from an unknown label is most probably the first-ever issue of this title.  As with most early bootlegs, it was released with several packages that  varied slightly from one  another.  The first version  (gwa44A)  has an extra flap on the front.  It had a small blank black label and black vinyl.  It was issued with and without the title stamp.  There was also a version issued that first year that had a small yellow sticker on the front cover with the title and a drawling of an island.  The jacket of this 2nd run was either white or yellow.  The matrix on all pieces is C-7 A/B .
