Review:
Crystal Cat has unleashed the new kitty of CDs for the 2001 tour. The packages are every bit as stunning as the 2000 crop. The full color, four page booklet provides a wealth of venue photos and info. The discs are the standard Crystal Cat logo CDs with various color motifs. The back photo, and overall aesthetics remain similar. What has changed dramatically is the front cover. Gone is the bland looking ticket stub of the previous year; to be replaced with a sensual cartoon pinup girl of years past. Although the new 2001 "Love and Theft" album was not yet being performed for this venue, the pinup girl image just seems to fit with the music of a simpler, more innocent time. Needles to say, the quality of the recording is simply breathtaking.
