Blowin' In The Wind All Along The Watchtower The entire 75 minute show is captured on this lackluster CD. Dylan performs well, but the hard driving '89 tour is not the best showcase for his talent. There are better sounding shows to be found, even from this tour, however. This show has quite a bit of audience noise that lends a festive atmosphere, but some may find it annoying.
